Another story from Volume Two, this is somewhat for an anthology me and my friends were supposed to make. It was going to be about how we, in the Philippines, would try and create superheroes. The government did so by introducing Protum Plus, (a riff on Promil) a health supplement for kids that eventually gave them superpowers.
